The first time was from 7:10 PM to 8:00 PM. The second time was from 9:30 PM to 10:20 PM, and the third time was from 4:49 AM to 5:07 AM. 2. Prey Chan Village The Thai side continued to commit violations three more times, including the first time projecting films using loudspeakers from 7:29 PM to 11:23 PM. The second time playing loud bass sounds from 11:36 PM to 12:02 AM, and the third time from 1:40 AM to 3:30 AM.
