Ta Moan Thom Is Located in Cambodia
According to the 1/200,000 scale map, the boundary demarcation minutes (PV) of the Indochina-Siamese Commission of 1908 and 1919, and even the 1/50,000 scale L7017 map drawn unilaterally by Thailand, Ta Moan Thom Temple is located within Cambodian territory.
Thailand has occupied Ta Moan Thom Temple and other Cambodian locations through military force and illegal means, with the unilateral intention of altering the border line.
The case of Ta Moan Thom Temple itself—which is currently being illegally occupied by the Thai military—absolutely and unequivocally falls under Cambodian territorial sovereignty based on the following reasons:
* First: It is based on the 1/200,000 scale French-Siamese map, the boundary demarcation minutes (PV) of the Indochina-Siamese Commission of 1908 and 1919, and the 1/50,000 scale L7017 map drawn unilaterally by Thailand.
* Second: Furthermore, if we study history and archaeology, it is clearly confirmed that the Siamese people have no historical origin or involvement in constructing these temples.
* Third: Thailand must stop lying to its own citizens and the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). The UNSC cannot alter the principle of territorial integrity and intangible borders (*Uti Possidetis Juris*) just to accommodate Thailand.
