Small Cambodia on the international forum, standing on the law!


HE Uch Borith raised the situation of the Cambodia-Thailand border at the meeting of the French-speaking Parliament (APF) in Montenegro 


HE stated that the border situation is evolving into vulnerability due to non-compliance with international documents and treaties of 1904–1907, despite a ceasefire in late 2025. However, there are still activities affecting the livelihoods of citizens and World Heritage sites.


HE raised an important question to the world: is international law still a common principle or is it being replaced by power?


APF has shown solidarity with Cambodia and included this topic in the organization’s official report.
