Because of this reason, there was a dispute to seize water to save their own crops. Relatives of the two groups of Shasta are on the father's side of the Sakya tribe on one side of the Rohini river and relatives of the mother's side are on the Kaliya tribe on the other side of the river.

Initially, both the farmers' communities prevented the other side from repairing the remaining Rohini river water to irrigate the farms, crops and they took the remaining river water that had to be shared first. Tension has risen between the two parties to the extent of insults on the ancestors of both sides, and they went to report provocations to their officials. Then, the young man of Sakyaak family and the prince of Kaliya family took their own to the Rohini river dam, armed with all their hands, thinking that they will come together and start fetching the little river water.

At that moment, Shasta looked at his Lord's advice, he also prayed standing in the sky of the Rohini river between the relatives dispute between both sides. Then, the monk came down and held the relatives of both sides so that they don't fight each other. The two clans saw the deity of Shasta and put their arms down to worship the Buddha with silent respect.

Sasta taught that រំ All relatives bring misery, war brings destruction, what you all need to shed blood because of water, river, our blood is more valuable than water, we may not consume water in a short period of time, but we cannot lack blood in a short period, because it keeps our body alive. Relatives, your blood that has flowed from your body in this long cycle of relationship is more than this river of Rohini. So don't act like a thug. All doctors always hate ambition. All relatives should distribute the remaining little water equally to water your fields, farms, crops, because it will bring peace between both clans. We are brothers and sisters, we need to help each other, save each other, don't share each other, it's a loss for both sides. Socialism is better than lust. A person who has the ability to solve the problem wisely and peace through the law will always be happy.

After listening to the teachings of the Buddha, the relatives of both sides hold hands together, following the commandments of the Almighty God forever.
